All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with coronary disease, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, a severe medical problem or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not dive. If you have asthma, heart disease, other chronic medical conditions or you are taking medications on a regular basis, you should consult your doctor and the instructor before participating in this program, and on a regular basis thereafter upon completion.

What equipment will I need to participate?
The student will need a swimsuit, towel and personal items. All SCUBA equipment is provided. The student may wish to use their own equipment such as mask, snorkel, fins and/or wetsuit.
Where will we do the training?
Training is done at several different sites. The first classes are normally conducted at the Pocatello Community Recreation Center at 144 Wilson in Pocatello. If the students wish, classes may be conducted at the H & H Dive facility where the student can dive with large fish. Open Water dives are conducted at remote sites like Camperworld Hot Springs in Plymouth Utah. The student is responsible for their own transportation to and from the site.
